Job description:

C# .NET Developer
Rate: £Excellent
Duration: 6 months

I am leading a search for a highly experienced C# .NET Developer for a leading Northern Ireland employer, based close to Belfast's city centre. They offer strong career options, personal and professional development and technically challenging and fulfilling projects.

The initial focus will be to join the existing team – an elite group of individuals charged with developing and maintaining a business critical application on a global scale. You shall have the opportunity to proactively participate in the evolution of the product’s core architecture for use within other areas of the business.

This is a varied role where you can gain an in depth understanding of the SDLC and gain some project leadership skills. You shall be involved throughout the entire lifecycle; analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the application mainly in C#.NET, VB.Net, ASP.Net and SQL, through a disciplined Agile methodology.

I am looking for top candidates with previous successful accomplishments in delivering successful applications in a .NET environment (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) along with using SQL, ideally using the Agile development method.

This is an opportunity to join a large organisation that leverages the latest technologies and tools. If you want to work in a high profile role alongside a dynamic team and for a client whom has built up a strong brand and then this is an excellent opportunity. Personal development is evident - ongoing career development and mobility into the other technology teams could be an option.

This contract is for 6 months and excellent rates are on offer for the right candidate.

To apply for this lucrative C# .NET contract, please email your CV to lynsey dot bailie at altmore dot co dot uk or send it via this website.

Because of our knowledge of and experience in the N.I. IT skills market, and the depth and breadth of our candidate relationships, we are frequently invited to meet with potential IT and technology investors looking at setting up or expanding sites here. Frequently these companies will have skill profiles that they'd potentially like to hire for in N.I. Since these profiles are not yet "live" jobs, we are unable to advertise them. However, if we can demonstrate that the people with the skills are here, often the companies will be tempted to open a site. Those candidates who we may have introduced speculatively as part of the attraction process are usually at a distinct advantage when it comes to filling any new jobs. If you'd like to be kept aware of new developments like this, that are below the radar and not advertised, please contact us and we can arrange a meeting.
