Because of our knowledge of and experience in the N.I. IT skills market, and the depth and breadth of our candidate relationships, we are frequently invited to meet with potential IT and technology investors looking at setting up or expanding sites here. Frequently these companies will have skill profiles that they'd potentially like to hire for in N.I. Since these profiles are not yet "live" jobs, we are unable to advertise them. However, if we can demonstrate that the people with the skills are here, often the companies will be tempted to open a site. Those candidates who we may have introduced speculatively as part of the attraction process are usually at a distinct advantage when it comes to filling any new jobs. If you'd like to be kept aware of new developments like this, that are below the radar and not advertised, please contact us and we can arrange a meeting.
