Jetsetting Senior VoIP Sales Engineer
Salary £Excellent + Package

I am leading a search for a Senior VoIP Sales Engineer for engagement, upselling and identifying of client requirements for the world's number one VoIP provider. This a key revenue generating role for my client as the being to expand their professional services organisation in Belfast. They are the top vendor for service and support of IP Multimedia Subsystems globally.
They setup in Belfast around four years and recently completed a move to new prestigious, cutting edge offices in the Titanic Quarter. They develop, implement and support a network communications platform that used by the majority of carriers in the sector. To succeed in this role you will have significant senior experience identifing client requirements, upselling suitable VoIP solutions, developing formal technical and sales plans to generate revenue, and provide technical and sales support for key VoIP accounts. You need to be conversant and comfortable with VoIP network architectures and protocols, and installing applications on Linux, Unix and NT operating systems. A stellar candidate will have a serious understanding of wireless and mobile technologies as that is where the major growth area is in VoIP - this is also a fantastic chance to get involved with Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile telecoms as it takes over from mobile 3G and becomes important objective for my client.
Working in tandem with an account representative, who will deal with initial business development and contact, you will form an effective pre-sales tag team which can win consistently for the business. This is a senior role which will see you travel throughout Europe, Middle-East, Africa, North America and Asia-Pacific, with a home base of Belfast, which will grow in headcount to between twenty and thirty people over the next three to five years.
