I am leading a search for fluent English-Polish speaking Customer Service Representatives for one of my client's Technical Helpdesks.
The primary role of the customer service representative is to handle various types of technical inquires and transactions related to new and existing accounts via telephone and/or email. The Technical Helpdesk Team is made up of a number of customer support representatives who service Remote Access and Password Reset Calls. The Helpdesk is a 24*7 operation
The Role:
· The Customer Service Representative’s primary function will be to answer incoming calls from existing staff for password resets and remote access calls.
· The Customer Service Rep will be required to add tickets into Remedy and follow-up on cases with our customers in addition to Password Resets and VPN calls
· Strives to exemplify the Company's core value of providing World Class customer service in each and every customer interaction.
· Responsible for a possessing a high level of technical knowledge regarding components of calls that are serviced by the centre
· Motivates and supports co-workers in order to attain team and call centre goals.
· Uses feedback from others to identify opportunities for continual performance improvement
Candidates should have:
- The ability to provide technical support and customer interaction fluently in both English and Polish
- A minimum of one years’ experience in a customer service environment and/or have completed a teleservices or equivalent qualification.
- Good computing experience.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently as well as perform as part of a team
- A motivated and flexible approach to work and be capable of adapting to a fast moving environment.
