Super C# Role - Small Company But Big Plans
Salary £Excellent (IF you're excellent)
I have been working with a small and successful E-Commerce company in Belfast's Titanic Quarter for quite a while now to try and handpick a sterling C# .NET developer to slot into their passionate development team of about half a dozen. They aren't a global company throwing their weight around and they don't want candidates who do either. They are however very focused with where they want to go and how they are going to do it.
So far so good. This is a unique opportunity compared to others as the company are in small offices with a flat management structure and are E-Commerce specialists. You'll be working on greenfield and maintainance C# .NET development for their E-Commerce platforms that process a stack of cash daily.
For this role to work for you, you need to want to work for a smaller company, be a serious part of their growth plans, and want to work in E-Commerce. Its a given that you'll have worked on C# .NET projects in the past but these guys are open to looking at graduates with a year's experience, or senior developers who want out of dull, over populated, unexciting software houses and move into something fresh and edgy.
I'm not interested in talking to people who are moving for a a huge pay rise or free sports massages. That just isn't on the cards here. You'll get standard 9-5pm hours, paid overtime if you want it, good holidays and performance-related bonuses once you've proved yourself, plus of course an excellent salary but most importantly a great learning curve in terms of the E-Commerce domain and .NET technologies, and the chance to help the business directly achieve their objectives through your technical wizardry.
