I'm currently leading a search for our Belfast client - a foreign direct investment, which is one of Northern Ireland success stories - continually adding to their technical team even in the current market! 2009 was a good year for them, which has led to their current recruitment drive.
I'm leading a search for a highly experienced Deployment Engineer, responsible for installing my client's a network communications platform. My client are highly successful, hence a world leader in their field and wish to grow their Belfast operation. Their application is used throughout the world - the UK, Ireland, America, Europe and elsewhere overseas
The main purpose of this role is installing and configuring applications either remotely or on site. Therefore I'm looking for candidates with successful accomplishments in hands-on installation in the computer technology industry. You must have the ability to install applications on LINUX and UNIX operating systems, have some exposure to VoIP systems and have an understanding of networking protocols.
Please note this role is based in Belfast, therefore you must be able to relocate to Belfast and have it as your permanent base of residency. The role will involve an element of travel - you must be eligible for worldwide travel hence be a UK/EU National.
