I'm currently leading a search for our Belfast client - a foreign direct investment, which is one of Northern Ireland success stories - continually adding to their technical team even in the current market! 2009 was a good year for them, which has led to their current recruitment drive.
I'm leading a search for experienced technical support engineers to work with a first-class team supporting an application used throughout the world - the UK, Ireland, America, Europe and elsewhere overseas. My client are highly successful, hence a world leader in their field and wish to grow their Belfast operation.
They have evident career opportunities - going on the last technical support engineer we placed, whom has clearly moved up the career ladder and broadened their skillset. Our client is dedicated to personal development, hence producing a top class Technical Consultancy team. I'm looking for someone of the same calibre, i.e.
·Possess a broad knowledge of ICT systems likely to be found in most medium sized organizations
·Experience with VoIP Systems
·Come from an IP networking background, preferably in troubleshooting and technical support.
·Experience with Linux / Sun Solaris administration.
·Experience in the telecoms sector.
·Exceptional customer service skills.
·Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers across the globe.
