Starfleet Academy Cadets - Java
I'm looking for the finest graduate and junior developers in the Federation for an excellent junior role working with Java technologies, the full software development lifecycle, and connecting with people across a highly successful business group in order to deliver several new systems and also to a lesser extent maintain existing ones.
This is a top technology company with a European presence that has a need for several Junior Java Developers. Role is based in Belfast city centre with a basic salary of £20-23k with the opportunity for CV bolstering product development work.
It is expected this hire will suit a developer from a Java background who is strong on object-orientated design principles.
We are talking the top 1% here with at a Masters, First Class Honours or a 2:1 in Computer Science or an Engineering degree including a placement year as a developer, or one years experience post university.
As with all Starfleet roles, some space travel may be required.
To discuss this, or further superior 2010 opportunities, please email stuart dot millar at altmore dot co dot uk, or send your CV via this site. We are acting as an Employment Agency for this role.
Because of our knowledge of and experience in the N.I. IT skills market, and the depth and breadth of our candidate relationships, we are frequently invited to meet with potential IT and technology investors looking at setting up or expanding sites here. Frequently these companies will have skill profiles that they'd potentially like to hire for in N.I. Since these profiles are not yet "live" jobs, we are unable to advertise them. However, if we can demonstrate that the people with the skills are here, often the companies will be tempted to open a site. Those candidates who we may have introduced speculatively as part of the attraction process are usually at a distinct advantage when it comes to filling any new jobs. If you'd like to be kept aware of new developments like this, that are below the radar and not advertised, please contact us and we can arrange a meeting. |
