The majority of our assignments are undertaken in Northern Ireland, though on occasion we have sourced for positions across the rest of the UK and Ireland. We also assist Invest NI with attracting Foreign Direct Investment in the ICT sector to the province.

Of course, we take delivery seriously. We will not over-promise and under-deliver. That is to say, we select our clients as carefully as you select your recruiting partners. If we can help, we will. If we can't, we'll be honest enough to explain the situation.

Our clients include:

- software houses born in N. Ireland with a global impact

- large blue-chip electronic trading and financial services firms who have centres in N. Ireland

- multinational IT firms that have major support and maintainance contracts in the public and private sector

- N. Ireland based SMEs in sectors like construction, manufacturing or FMCG with an IT function

We prefer projects where we can develop peer-to-peer relationships with hiring managers, as that is what we find works best. We like to engage everyone in the decision making process, and lead from the front. Of course, depending on client needs (and previous in-house recruiting experience) this isn't always practical (or required), so we are very comfortable working into a master vendor for bigger assignments as part of a selected PSL.

For confidentiality we can't publish a full list of our clients but we can supply references from them on request. Depending on the assignment, we can provide permanent employees, limited company contractors, fixed-term contractors or agency workers.
